I was born in the middle of rice fields in Yamagata, Japan.
I am a Master of Design Methods at the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology, who graduated in May 2022.
I’m curious, persistent, and a fast learner.
Quite fast to adapt to a new environment.

Communication monster. I like to talk to people even though I don’t know the person.

This mindset was brought to me through my travel experience to almost 50 countries and work experience in Mexico with multinational stakeholders.

My experience has always been centered on human interaction.
Because of my previous experiences in the hospitality industry and the government sector, I've been thinking about how other people feel comfortable in a team.

Behavior
We, humans, act unconsciously. Designers can’t change humans, but we can change their behavior by designing an environment around us. The first step is to know how humans behave and feel on a specific occasion. To create an environment where humans feel happier than now is a mission as a designer.
Time
Effective decision-making is vital for designers to work as a team. To decide where we should focus on properly makes design approaches work smoothly and effectively while we ideate as much as possible from the design strategy building to solution making.
Learning
We are not experts in the industry where our clients operate. Our knowledge and experience are not everything, which is a favorable situation. We always learn from users and stakeholders. Design approaches from a fresh perspective often lead us to innovative solutions.
